How dating market value is calculated
Each trait is scored from 1 to 10, then weighted by how much the opposite sex says it matters in large preference surveys. Height and income carry more weight in men's scores; age and fitness carry more in women's. That's not fair, but it is what the data says.
Height is scored against CDC body-measurement data, the same data behind our Height Percentile Calculator. Income is scored with the method used in the Income Percentile Calculator.
